Luminous Themes no tutorials or manuals

I have just purchased Apollo Weebly Theme from Luminous. Looks great on the website and  its states - (direct quote from the Apollo page - " Easy to Use - Everything in Apollo is 100% drag 'n drop. No coding required. It's super easy & simple to use."

I have messaged them via email and posted on their facebook page with most recent post being in June 2021 previous to that 27 June 2020 in the hope that I might get some help. Feel like I've been had. I hope not. Anyone else have any issues with trying to make your website look like the pages on the Luminous website without being a coder as they promise?

@medwoman :  I just googled apollo theme by luminous and few our tube tutorials popped up.  May be of some help.  Also, it seems that some of their feautres and how to achive them are described on the page itself.

Unfortunately, all drag and drop platforms are easy to use but they still require some basic understanding from user.  If I were you I would concentrate on one 'feature' of the theme and create a test page.  Publish it and see if that is what you intended.  If you invest some time you would learn stuff.  It will be frustrating in the beginning, but things would become easy as time goes on.

If that doesn't work, I would suggest you hire some designer (not me) for few hours to help you out.

Hello Boba

Thank you for your reply. I have been using Weebly for years now so I'm very familiar with how Weebly works. What I want to know from Luminous is where are the tutorials that are talked about by other people who have purchased their themes.

In particular an article on TheWeeblyGuide.com https://www.theweeblyguide.com/courses/luminous-themes-full-review-are-they-good-for-weebly-users where the author states that they received the instructions when they downloaded and unzipped their product. Thats how I understand it. Anyone else can shed some light I would greatly appreciate it.

I just want to get full use of my new toy.
