Is there an app for automatically moving people from one page to another after a time limit?

Hey Everyone!

Does anyone know of an app within Weebly that i can use to automatically move people from my thank you page back to my home page after 10 seconds has been counted down?

Not sure of an app, but I did a quick Google search and found this site; https://css-tricks.com/redirect-web-page/

I read through the instructions and tried adding this to the SEO Header section of the page I wanted to move from: 

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL='http://new-website.com'" />

Changed the 0 to 2 (for seconds) and entered the full url for the new page. Worked like a charm! Hope this helps you out.
