I need to refund my subscription

Hi, 

I made a 1 year subscription and was very excited. The thing is, I had trouble registering the domain.

"There was an error registering your domain. Please try again later. " This kept popping up. 

TLDR: I would like to request a refund but am unable to find any way to do this.
