Open your site in the Website editor, then go to the Settings tab and scroll down. At the bottom is an unpublish option - click on that and your site will be unpublished. If you want to delete your account, exit the editor, then click on the menu on the dashboard and choose Account Settings. After that, click on Manage Profile on the left and you'll see an option there to deactivate your account.
