How to make a parked domain live and active?

Hi,

I'm getting a message that my client's website is a parked domain - thermalscan.com.au.

My client said it used to be active and he's not sure why it's tagged as a parked domain.

1. Can I see when it went live and when it was parked?

2. How do I make it live and active?

I don't know if this is still a Weebly concern but any help is appreciated.

Thanks for posting, @slimmt. It looks like the domain needs to have its DNS records updated to point to us. We have a guide in our support site which shows how to do that: https://www.weebly.com/app/help/topics/how-to-use-a-domain-you-purchased-elsewhere

Once those changes propagate it should load the site built with us.
