How to create a donate now button in top right hand corner

Does anyone have any tips on how to create a donate now button in top right hand corner of website? 

Or do you know how to go into the coding to change the nav bar design for just one link. So if I had a "donate now" page I can make it red while all the rest of the links in the nav bar are still white?

You'd probably need to customize the HTML templates of your theme to add that. It might be easier to add it to your footer - that would put it on all of the pages of your site.
