How to code in a phone number and social media icons in the menu header using CSS/HTML

Hi, as I don't know code using CSS and HTML, how do I add in a phone number and social media buttons in the menu header of a site as there are no themes in Weebly that have this ability which is annoying? I know you can using CSS and HTMl which I have no idea. 

Many customers want their phone number and social media icons in the menu bar of their website but I dont know code to do so and Weebly don't have any themes that allow this.

Any help would be appreciated. Again, I don't know CSS and HTML.

I'm assuming you mean CSS and not SSL, right, @Michael_Aus? SSL is what you enable to have your site served over HTTPS instead of HTTP, and CSS is what is used to style HTML.

It can be a bit complicated adding that to a site if you aren't familiar with HTML and CSS, and I probably wouldn't recommend doing it that way unless you are really familiar with those. You might want to look into solutions in our App Center since that wouldn't require knowing those.
