How to change meta description and keywords

Hi Folks... I have already made changes to the Meta Tags (i.e. Keywords and Description) for required pages. However, the changes made are not reflected or visible on google serp. What could be the possible reason for the same? Kindly guide.This is my site:www.luxminimalism.com

It can take time for Google to update its search index and cache of your site after you make changes, @Luxminimalism. This should happen automatically, although it's hard to put a timeframe on that since Google doesn't disclose much information about re-indexing of sites.
