How to change menu drop down from mouseover to onclick?

Is it possible to change the menu behavior so the dropdown menu shows when you click instead of when you mouseover?

That's a good question, @sg2 If you want the submenu to show on a click you can use choose the Non-clickable Menu option when you add a page.
