The company I work for is seriously considering changing the domain name of our website. That would mean our G Suite email addresses would need to change as well. How does that work? I can't be losing emails in the process!!

@Penwoodmfg Oh yes that does appear to be true.
I wish I had another way to go about it or a workaround but I don't think there are any unfortunately.

Hey @Penwoodmfg,
I was able to find this Support Center article on where to find your G Suite settings within the site editor.
The very bottom goes over how change the username.
Does this answer your question? If not- let me know with more detail what you're needing to know.

Hi Ashley,
Thanks for responding! We are considering changing our web address from www.penwoodbrands.com to something like www.penwoodllc.com
If we do that all our email addresses ending in @penwoodbrands.com will need to change to end in @penwoodllc.com or whatever domain name we come up with.
We just paid for another year of G Suite but I was told yesterday we would need to open a new G Suite account and temorarily forward that to the new account which is ok except I was also told no partial refunds for the old account whenever we are finished with the forwarding process. That stinks a little but I suppose it may just be the cast of doing business?
I am certainly open to any ideas you or someone else may have!
