How do I request a refund?
Hello, I would like to request for a refund for my subscription.
I haven’t received a response to my email. Is there anyone I can speak to about this?
I was unaware of the annual renewal and would like to downgrade my account. The amount was £58 on the 11.09.19 taken from the card ending in 2268.
