How do I request a refund/cancel my subscription?

Hi,

I've been using Weebly for the past year and was quite satisfied with everything, but I don't need the subscription and website anymore.

Originally, I chose the 1-year 'Weebly Business Site' package and I assumed that the subscription would run out (and be cancelled) automatically after 1 year, but it seems like it has just been renewed a few days ago.

How can I cancel my subscription and request a refund? Any help would be very much appreciated!

The charges were voided, so you'll see the original charges eventually disappear from your account rather than see separate refunds where the original charges actually go through.

I don't see any charges in your account that have not either been automatically voided or manually refunded. Have you checked with your bank to confirm any charges were actually posted to your account and not pending charges that dropped off?

Those voided charges would have simply disappeared from your account rather than showing up as separate charges and refunds, @dhp. If you check a current list of transactions for your account, those charges should no longer be shown in the list of what you had in September.
