How do I report a possible fraudulent eMail

Is the following a fraudulen email.

I have serious isues with zerro support from Weebly.

Hello,

The recent charge in the account was not a new purchase, it was the autorenewal of the Starter upgrade to your canadianartsales.ca site.

As per our Terms of Service, all products and services are initially set to auto renew after the initial term. This is a precaution to ensure that sites stay live if a renewal is missed. Use of Weebly implies your consent to renew products and services in the account when the auto billing has not been cancelled.

Deleting your site does not cancel the billing for services connected to it, only cancelling the subscription by clicking the Cancel link on the Account > My Services page will prevent the service from auto-renewing.

I did not make that purchase.
Dose weebly have authority to buy things on my behalf?

Hi @dddim That is a valid email. We use Zendesk as our ticketing system. I'm looking at your account and realized I just replied to your other message. The charge is for your Starter plan for www.canadianartsales.ca

Do you want to keep the plan active? I do see that your site uses a custom footer, so unless you are okay with Weebly branding on your site you will want to continue with the plan. I'm very sorry for any confusion regarding the email!
