How do I make items available...

Hi, I just published my new online store and the items are showing not available. HELP?

I also purchased a new domain name too.

Is there a delay in truly activating the online store website???

Thanks for posting, @LAHC. It can take a few hours for a new domain to start working, although your domain is loading your site for me when I check it. I also don't see any unavailable items, although maybe I don't check the right products. Which product shows as unavailable for you?

In my case I cannot make ANY item available at all? Trying to test out with 1 item so I can see if I can make this work for me. All items show up as "not available from shippign location" and I cannot make it "visible" or "available" AT ALL. Been at it for about 2.5 hours so far. Baffled.

I’m having the same issue. My site has been live for a week or more and not one item is available. I even deleted some items to see if that helped. I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix the problem. Help!

Hi @Kiyanicole It looks like some of your items are available. Is there an item in particular that won't allow you to choose the "available" option?

I don’t see any items available at all. Which items do you see? I’ve had customers contact me about it and have had friends check as well. I have synced with square, tried editing individual items..what else can I do?

It looks like your products are available for pickup and delivery. However, you have the checkout mode set to Buy Now and this is not allowed with pickup. Can you change the setting to Add to Cart from Store>Settings>Checkout>Advanced Settings. Can you also please confirm in your Square dashboard if you have the inventory tracker toggled on for your products?

I changed the settings to add to cart. Doesn’t seem to have changed anything. I don’t see where to adjust inventory tracking I set items for available though. How do I change inventory tracking?

If you log into your Square dashboard and click "Items" then the item name, you will see "stock" under variations. Click on this line and you will see a toggle that is either on or off. Can you also check to see if the blue links are lit up from the Item Library overview page?
