How do I make an external link page with logic

Hi, I am trying to make a page with to external links and based on which page of my website I am on it goes to a different link.

I know I would need to use the themes editor, but what I'm asking for is where and for the code.

Thanks for your post, @Mcrich23. Is this link going to be in the footer or site navigation? If these are just links within the page content and not something global, then you should be able to link each one individually on each page rather than customize the theme.
