How do I make a drop down list?

I wanted to ask how to make a drop down list in my site. 

Not on page, on site. And without a survey.

I want to add on site, a drop down. For example, Countries. In Countries there are name of all. as soon as one clicks on country. He is redirected to the page regarding his country. Now I don't want to make navigation bar messy, so I want to add it on one page only. 

your help would mean allot.

If you are not familiar with coding I would first check for a third party source that provides the html code to do this. Or add it to your navigation menu as sub navigation. It would be much easier for a visitor to navigate your site if they have the option on all pages. Can you also provide a link to your site so we can get an idea of what you are trying to accomplish?
