How do I insert a checkbox "I Agree Terms and conditions" to main checkout cart ?

Considering french law I have to add a checkbox "I agreed terms and conditions" on the final purchase page.

2 BIIIG PROBLEMS !!

1°) I don't now the code to be added

2°) I don't know where to add it as I don't have access to this checkout cart for modification

Thanks for posting. It is not possible to edit the checkout page. We have many users in France that use the service without needing to add a terms of service checkbox. Does it depend on the type of commodity you are selling?
