How do I get a refund on certain services?

Hello Weebly! I recently upgraded my plan to the Pro 2-year plan and would like to get a refund on 2 services that I canceled. The first is the email that I purchased when I made the connect version and the second is that I canceled the subscription to my domain name. I did this because I wanted to eventually use the same domain name with the free domain credit instead, since I upgraded. I believe both are within 30 days of purchase, though feel free to correct me if that's not the case.

For the domain name, you wish to keep it correct? You just want to be able to use the domain credit? The easiest option would be for us to send you a partial refund of $19.99 for the plan you just bought. Would that work for you?
