HOPE  YOU ALL GUYS ARE STILL SAFE AND HEALTHY  IN THIS CRITICAL CONDITION.

BUT I M VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS MOMENT BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY YOU. EVEN I CALLED YOU. BUT THEY ARE ASKING SOME PIN I CAN'T UNDERSTAND ABOUT THAT PROCESS  SO THAT'S WHY  I AM SENDING YOU MAIL.

ACTUALLY I CREAT  A FREE  PAGE   WITH THE HELP OF WEEBLY TOOLS WITH FAITH AND POSITIVE  EMOTIONS.  TODAY I UPGRADE MY WEBSITE  THROUGH YOUR  UPGRADING PANEL. 

  I CHOOSE THE STARTER KIT  AND I  PAID  INR 5707.68   FOR ONE YEAR  WITH  FAITH. 

AFTER UPGRADING MY PAGE THE  PRODUCTS BENEFITS NOT DELIVER BY YOU. 
THERE IS STILL WATERMARK  DISPLAY ON WEBSITE, LESS STORAGE, CUSTOM DOMAIN  NOT GIVEN BY YOU AND ETC  


I AM  REALLY NOT HAPPY HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND  MY FEELINGS. GOD KNOWS  WHY  ARE YOU NOT GIVING  PRODUCT BENEFITS ON MY WEBSITE  THELEARNGUITAR.WEEBLY.COM 

I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST TO WEEBLY DEPARTMENT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE OR RETURN MY MONEY BACK.

I WANT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE FIRST BECAUSE I M HERE TO DEVELOUPE OUR GOOD BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP IN BETWEEN YOU AND ME SO PLEASE HELP  TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE

Thanks for posting, @SAGGI_BOY. It looks like you upgraded to the Connect plan and not the Starter plan. The only feature of the connect plan is that it will let you use a custom domain as the address of your site. If you want additional features, you'll need to upgrade to a higher level plan.

So nice of you ... First of all thanks for the reply:- after purchasing the plan, there is one message appear on the screen. Your domain name converted into thelearnguitar.com  "something like that  "   when I check the domain settings there is   thelearnguitar.com appeared there and when I clicked on it  ...

This site can’t be reached

thelearnguitar.com’s server IP address could not be found.

Even my free domain  thelearnguitar.weebly.com  is not working right now ..  so please recover that. 

You please check on your end. Even  The product I bought was not updated as well
 I did not get the plan that I had purchased but my money was charged. Hope you will fix this problem.

Hi @SAGGI_BOY Where did you register the domain name? It looks like you have assigned the site address and have properly purchased the Connect hosting plan, but I do not see a registered domain in your account. If you have not registered it with a third party you will need to register it through your Weebly account. Click the drop down in the top right corner, then Domains>Register a domain.
