How do I contact Weebly?

My website is not working, I have renewed everything and still no access. I have been waiting on "live chat" for over half an hour with no response. There is no option to create a ticket or email my question. Currently my business is down and cannot run properly. How does one get help or assistance from Weebly so our website can function properly?

Thanks for posting, @csbonek. I checked the site in the account tied to your Community profile and it looks like the domain you are using with the site isn't pointed to us. Did you recently update the DNS to point to our IP address?
