Since we don't provide server-side scripting or database access, it'd be pretty touch to use an externally hosted database with a site built at Weebly.
You'd probably need to host some scripting at another host and integrate it with your site with embedded code. We don't provide assistance ourselves with that kind of customization, though maybe someone else here in Community could help.
