How do I change the navigation placement?

I am using the Cento theme and would like to change the navigation placement.  

I am unable to move it.  What am I doing wrong?  I want to try moving it to several different places to see which place I like.

If you're referring to the navigation bar, that wouldn't be something you could click and drag to move as normal, but rather a part of the theme itself. You'd want to change themes to modify that, though some themes will have additional options in the Theme menu you can check out as well.

I gotta question about that bar.

On my website, the navigation bar is on the middle of the screen in the "Accueil" page (tpe-grandesdecouvertes.weebly.com).

Now my sister wants to uses the same theme as mine, so we exported my theme and imported it in her page, and the navigation bar is now stuck at the top of the page.

What to do to change that and make it appear like in mine ?

Check the page type being used by your sister's site, and make sure it's the same as yours. Sounds like her pages might be using "no header", when they should be using tall or short header.
