How do I change the colour of bullet points on a single page?

I cannot find the answer to this anywhere (even in the similar forum topics) so please can someone help. On this page (http://www.piernetwork.org/paediatric-preceptorship.html) I want to be able to change the colour of the bullets in the lists to #059acb, but I can't seem to do it! Any ideas?

Are you looking to change the color of the text to that color, too, or just the bullets?

When editing an individual text box (element), I can manually change the color to something other than the default color defined in the  "change font/paragraph text" section of the Theme tab. The problem is that if I am using a bulleted text, the color I choose manually for that particular bulleted text is changed BUT the bullet itself maintains the default color and not the color I'm manually choosing. Is there any way to have the bullet itself follow the color I'm manually choosing for the bulleted text within a particular text box?  You can click here to see this as a new idea - AND VOTE ON IT - in the "Vote For Features".

Only through CSS overrides. I saw you posted this to the Vote on Features board, though - thanks for doing that! I agree that it would make sense if the bullets could be changed to match color changes.

@Adam.. thanks for responding.  You indicated "Only through CSS overrides" could the bullet color be changed.  Are you saying that the bullet color change can be done on each text element via CSS overrides?  If so, how?     I've already figured out changing the bullet color for the whole page but not an individual text element.

@Adam, For some reason, the new idea created in the "Vote on Features" was no longer there. Not sure why, but I reposted it.

Sometimes that means that the post was filtered as spam. Your new post is still there, though, right?
