How do I change my demo site forwarding to my domain to make it just the domain?

This confuses the Google workspace. See image. Any ideas how to change? Google won't allow me to add a logo or photo for the business. I have this working with other Weebly sites and Google workspace. Thanks.

Are you asking how to connect your custom domain to the website? I'm not sure what you mean by demo site. Thanks in advance for the clarification.

Sorry if unclear - created a site called "demosite.weebly" then transferred it to the domain.

It's not possible to transfer a Weebly subdomain. You would need to edit the website address to your custom domain, then update the A-records on Google's end to point to your site specific IP address. 

When you add the domain as the site address you will see the IP address to provide to Google.
