How do I cancel my subscription and request a refund?

Hi there, 

I would like to cancel my subscription to my professional plan as well as the domain name purchase too and am requesting a refund.

Not a problem, @sjbagin12. It looks like the Pro plan was already voided and removed, so I did the same for your custom domain as well.

Hi Adam,

I have the same request.  I am requesting a refund for my recent order including all 3 domain names and the 1 year professional site hosting service.  Can you process that for me?  Please let me know if anything else is needed from my end, and how long this might take to process.

Hi @William_H We can help you out with this, however, it is too far outside of the 5 day window we have to return the domains to the public registrar. This means they will be registered in our reseller account until they expire. Do you still need us to refund them for you? If you want to keep them you can always use them with a different hosting company. You are not required to use them with the Square or Weebly editor.

Not sure if my initial response here went through, so pardon the repitition if it did.

Please go ahead and process the refund for all the domains and the web hosting service.  I understand that they will not be available for a year - thanks for explaining.


How soon will the refund transaction show up on my account?

I've voided all four charges for you, @William_H. Since these are voids it might take a week or so for the charges to disappear from your account.
