Hide the browser tool tip

I would like to hise all of the image titles in Image Galler that come up as tool tips in the browser.  I would like to insert this as js code into the the custom.js or the plugins.js.  Not sure what to put in my code to acheive this.  Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks!

That's some more advanced JS coding. How familiar are you with javascript, @llbbmmrr58? There might be ways of doing this that don't involve editing those particular files.
