Hello - need help.

I have sent messages / email to Weebly support to help. And never had a response back throughout 2021..
I have paid full service plan and this is disappointing..

For now - I need to downgrade my Runway UK webiste from Professional to FREE.

Can i have some help please.. with thanks

It looks like that site is already downgraded. Can you confirm the full domain name?

Yes can confirm, that now the site has now been downgraded (www.RunwayUK.Fashion)

Would be helpful if this could of been a self-action as the downgrade option.
