Header images on Mobile

Hello, I am trying to find a weebly responsive theme where the header banner shows up.

Currently the theme I am using - does not show the header image at all.  

Is there a theme that someone can recommend that shows the header image?

Have you tried choosing a no header theme, dragging an image element to the top of the no header page. Then uploading the image and publishing to see how it looks?

Doing a no header then adding an image will work but it doesn't look as good as the wordpress sites with the responsive header.  Weebly has failed here.  I tried all the suggestions in all the forms for this topic. None work!  It is a weebly problem.
