Group & members options not visible in page build

We have always had several pages that are for members only that we manage through using groups. We have now found that some original pages and new pages do not offer the option to select groups & members. We have sensative information that is not for public viewing but also different groups who access different pages so a site password doesn't suit.

I have been trying to get help with this for months. How do we contact Weebly. The website just gets you into a loop of referring to new pages, with no new information.

Many thanks

Mandi

Hi, @EastWest.

I think this might be because you have an education account rather than a standard account. I can convert your account to a standard account if you'd like. The dashboard will update and you will no longer have access to create classes or add students, though.

It only takes us a few minutes to convert an account, @salinawms, so it's really quick! Two things to be aware of, though:

1. You will no longer be able to add or manage classes and students if you are using those features.

2. Education Pro doesn't work with standard accounts, so we would credit your account fof the time remaining which you can use to upgrade your site to a standard plan.

How much will the standard account cost?  Need to take care of this as soon as possible.

Hi @salinawms I recommend visiting this pricing link for the most up-to-date pricing. You will need to make sure you are not logged in when checking.
