G Suite Sign Up Problems
I paid for the G Suite service through Weebly. While signing up I think I used the email address we already have with our domain that Yahoo Business is hosting as our main email address we want to use with G Suite. Our domain is with Weebly. I started this process on 7/27/2020. I keep checking the status and it remains that the "Account is being configured, check back later". It is now 2 weeks later and this is stil the status. When I try to add an email on the G Suite admin dashboard, it says I have to pay for a seat. But I paid and I don't even see my initial email address available. I can't even find where I would pay to add a seat. ???? Can anyone provide any direction for me. This is taking too long and no clear direction.

Hi there. The first thing you will want to do is log into your current email box and backup any data you need to save. Then you can create the address by clicking the dropdown in the top right corner of your Weebly dashboard and choosing the GSuite tab. Then click "add user" to create your email address. You will also need to log into the Gsuite Super Admin page to agree to the terms of service and verify the domain. Before you verify the address you will need to also add the Google MX records to your domain dns settings. Click the Domains tab in the top left corner of the page, then click the three dots to the right of the domain name you need to manage/edit. Delete the current MX record and add Google's MX records. Please make sure to backup your current email box before updating the MX records. Also please keep in mind that it can take up to 24-48 hours for the dns to fully update on the backend.
