Form submission confirmations

When using Form Submission, I am not getting the Message of confirmation I inserted.

Hi there Bernadette

on completing the form there should be a message: "Thank you. Your information has been submitted to our recruiter. If you do not hear back from us within 48 hours please consider your application to be unsuccessful. GOOD LUCK!"

It no longer pops and candidates are now doing multiple replies as they are not sure the forma has been submitted...

Hi Clint. It showed up for me when I submitted the form.

What happens when you submit the form? Can you take a screenshot of the same area I posted? Thanks!
