I added a dropdown box to my contact form which is essentially a "how did you hear about us." However, I cannot figure out how to get a text box to appear when they choose "other" or "referral" so they can type in that information. Or the text box can always be there, I don't care as long as there is someplace they can put this information. What am I missing or can this not be done?
Sorry about that. No, there isn't a way to add a fill-in from a drop-down menu. If you find a third party solution, though, you can use the Embed Code element to display it on your site.
Maybe I didn't explain this very well. I have a comment box. I want a tex box within a dropdown box. This is a "how did you hear about us" dropdown box. When they pick 'other' or 'referral' I would like them to fill in a text box that says 'please specify.'
