Downgrade
Hello, I am trying to downgrade my plan to the pro plan. I was just charged $484.00 for I believe a business plan. I have a basic website and I only have 2 active services for my store. It just seems that I am on this highest level plan when I don't need to be. I have search every place for an option to downgrade myself to no avail. Could someone please walk me through how to downgrade from business to pro?

Thanks for posting, @Ursboston. I took a look at your store settings and it looks like the only feature of the plan you would lose if you downgrade is the tax auto-calculator. The number of products you have would be fine with the Pro plan, but you'd have to set up tax rates yourself. If you want to do that let me know and I can refund the renewal charge back to you so you can switch to a lower level plan.

Hi @Adam Adam, I'd like to downgrade my Business plan for Hoppy Bear to a Pro account (i.e., no store). I canceled the subscription but don't want to lose the site entirely...just the store function. Should I remove the store first? How do we proceed? Thanks!

Hi @HoppyBear I removed the business plan, adjusted your account credit, and upgraded you to the pro plan. You may need to make some items in the store unavailable or remove them completely in order to publish. Any other business features to remove will be listed if you try to publish and there's an error. Let us know if you need anything else. Thanks!

Hello, @Adam I wanted to downgrade my pro plan to a lower plan for £5 a month I believe. As I can't afford the pro plan anymore. Therefore I cancelled my plan. However, It's not letting me downgrade and says my website will be unpublished on the 20th of February. I don't know what to do.

I was going to make a new thread, but I saw this one is already up and running. I'm interested in downgrading my plan. I upgraded to some Marketing plan that included pop-ups, but I no longer need it. Can you let me know what would be lost with a downgrade and can you help me in making that happen? Thanks.

Is it only the marketing plan you want to remove, @AndyJay? That shouldn't affect anything with your website to remove that.

Ok, not a problem. I've removed the Marketing plan for you. As for your Business Plus plan, what I'll need to do is remove that and credit your account for the time remaining, which you can then use to "upgrade" the site to the Business plan.

I upgraded to business plus during the shutdown in order to have online payments. My business is reopened and no longer need this feature. How can I downgrade from business plus back to business pro? Please help, Weebly!
