Display Shipping As An Option in Sq. Online Store Site Initial Pop-Up Window
I need help with my new Square Online store - I am testing it before announcing it/opening it up to customers and my issue is when you go to the site, then click the Order Now button where it takes you to all of our products to shop for, it has a pop up window asking whether you want pick up or delivery and my store should be allowing three options - pick up, delivery, and shipping so how do I get shipping to show up in that pop up window as an option?

I would also add that I have every single item in my Item Library allowing all three methods, I've connected a UPS account, I've selected real-time rates for UPS and have created the shipping region, and saved all of those selections within the settings. Viewing each item for sale allows shoppers to see the item is available for shipping and ultimately when checking out, you can select shipping - my problem is for someone just getting to that page and seeing that pop-up, if they already know they want shipping, they won't see it as an option and might not consider the business further...

Hi there. The shipping option does not show up in that popup.. although the user can change the fulfillment option from the slide checkout bar after adding something to the cart. (by the way, I like what you did with your shipping availability map)
I think it might be better for you to add some type of announcement on your page to let people know that shipping is available and can be selected before checkout. I'll double check with the team, but I'm 99% positive there isn't a way to change that popup box, although I can definitely see where some confusion could happen. Can you explain the checkout flow for me that you have setup right now? After I choose the shipping option would I then go back to the product page and add items to the cart?

We are having the same issue and it's taking up a lot of time having to message people privately and explain to dismiss the pop-up, order items and then change the shipping after they've selected their items. It's something I'd like to fix up before we announce that we have nationwide shipping. I'd rather not rely on a message on the website explaining this because 99% of the time it won't get read. Is there a way to disable that pop up all together and have the page load straight into the list of items?
The checkout flow for us right now is -
Order Online
Pop Up appears with 'pick up' or 'delivery', don't pick either of these and scroll down to the bottom of the window to 'see menu'
Select items and add to cart
On the side, it will have defaulted to 'pick up', select change to update this to shipping
I know it's not particularly difficult but it isn't intuitive either and if you weren't 100% sure that shipping was available, I don't think you'd get past that first pop-up but if we could get rid of the pop-up all together, that'd be great!
