Develop website templates for clients
Hi Adam - can you please help.
I want to design website templates for clients, and I want them to be able to purchase them. For me to edit them for that client, then transfer across to them upon payment.
Am I able to do that with Weebly?
Thank you.

@MissRosie: sure. You pick your target clients. create a dummy site, show them, if they like it they will hire you.

@bobafett's suggestion should work as a way to show clients a basic design. You could create a service product on your site and link to that as an example, or take screenshots and use that with the product.

Thanks adam. I understand that aspect. But say a client chooses a template. Do I then have to log into their account and recreate it there?
Is there anyway for me to copy that template or dummy site, and add it to their account?

Is your template going to be just a custome theme, or are you intending to also have default site content?

Default site content. I effectively want to design it for them, then transfer it over to their account for management.

Ok; we can't move sites from one account to another existing account, although we can move them into brand new accounts using an address not in use by any other accounts. That does require contacting our Customer Success team for assistance - something to think about depending on the volume of sites you will make.
