Delete Account to restart it
I created a Weebly account to start my website with my current in stock items for sale. For some reason, the updates I made in my Square account are not reflecting in my weebly website and I have searched and searched on how to fix but I cannot locate anything. Can I delete the account and just start over?

Hi @Jazzy. It looks like you are using the Square Online Store editor. What items are not updating between the two dashboards?

There are items that I have in my Square that aren't showing on the preview of the website. Also the preview is asking for pictures of items that is showing in my square.

Sorry for my delay. I had the flu and this fell off my radar.
When I look at the website preview pictures for the items below are not showing but there are definitely pictures on square.

It looks like the option to sync images is disabled, @Jazzy. Go to Settings > Square Sync > Settings, scroll down, then enable the "sync images" option. It should sync those after a few moments once you enable that.

Ok so it only fixed half the issue. I still can't see all the items from my squar . For instance the Zi collection has several pieces on square but Weebly only has 1.

How many locations do you have set up in Square, and if you have more than one are some of the items not shown only available at different locations?

Hi Jasmin. I see almost 20 items have synced over. Is there one example you can provide that is in your Square account but not Weebly side?
