Copy the website for use offline
I manage a website for a community group in a remote area of Papua New Guinea, which currently has limited internet access (although it is slowly improving). Is there a way to download the website and put it on a USB stick so people in the village (without internet access) can view the website and see how it works?

You could try doing this with the site archive option on the bottom of the Settings tab, @HWC1. Some parts of a site aren't included, and some things might not work since they rely on locally hosted resources. It might be functional enough, though, to give them an idea what it's like.
