Contact weebly to move pro account, domain etc to new website.

I have an error on my website and I have discovered that the only way to 'start again' is to create a new site, install the theme again and start from scratch. I have also realised I need to move my paid account, domain, gsuite etc to this new site because otherwise I cannot finalise. How do I contact weebly to get this done? The contact form is just some automated responses and I can't reach anyone.

What kind of "error" do you have?   Perhaps someone from the Community might be able to help?

Sorry, I should have been clearer there. I paid for a weebly theme and I messed up some text & formatting in a way that apparenly cannot be undone and so I have to start fresh.
