Contact form.

Since starting to edit our website I notice that there are a whole lot of contacts (listed on the Weebly homepage) made by people that have visited the site. So far I have not found anyone who has been replied to!. How does the editor or webmaster know that someone has contacted the site so they can then respond?

Hi, there.

You should receive emails when someone submits the contact form. If you click on the contact form in your editor, and then click on the form options button, you'll see where these emails are going.

You can also check the dashboard, as you mentioned in your post.

I added an email address in the box but I do not receive the email after a contact form has been submitted.

Can you check your spam folder, @gijohnson? Sometimes contact form emails will get filtered as spam accidentally.
