Code to optimize background image to auto resize for different screens

If you know how to optimize an uploaded image to auto resize according to screen size and type of device, please share. I've been searching this and other forums and all suggestions does not work. Thank you for your help. Cheers!

If this is a background image that you've added to a Section, it should do this automatically with our standard themes. Are you not seeing that, @mrbleu?

Try adding a few spacer elements to that area; I think that will make it taller on mobile devices so you see more of the image.
