Code for changing colour of field titles in a form

Based on other question in this forum I think I need to input code to change my form to have white text instead of the hard-to-read grey that it is now. Could someone tell me what code I need to input and where to put it to make this change?

Are you talking about a contact form, @natasha1? Can you link to the page with the form you are wanting to edit?

Are you wanting to use that image as your background? I did notice that you placed the form in the header section and not the body like you did on http://www.veganarchives.ca/contact.html

I think it would actually look really nice if you just move the form down below to the white section. I made a copy page so you can see what I'm talking about. Click on Pages, then on the left side bar click "copyVolunteer". If you like the way it looks you can practise moving the element on your actual "Volunteer" page.
