Changing color to the background of a contact form

Hi! 

I would like to change the color of the background in the contact form of a custom Weebly theme. The theme is CONSTRUCTOR_INSTALL14

How can I change the color of the background in the contact form template?

I am not familiar with CSS or coding but I am quick to catch on if guided appropriately.

You can add the free APP "Color Block" and then add your contact form inside your color block.

That is a great idea, but it changes the field color as well.  What if you want the background gray but the fields to remane white?  I have a form that you cannot see the outline of the fields, so I thought I would change the background color, which I did just the way you said to.  Now I still cannot see the field outlines, I want the fields to stay white.
