Change Opt In Text to something else

I want to change the text for opt in of marketing and promotional materials but see other posts from 2018 that say this is not possible.  Does anyone know if this has changed and we can now change the text, i need different wording then what they have.

It's still not possible, @LarryBoudreau I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. Are you wanting to change it because it is not relevant to your website?

To clarify, are users required to opt-in to marketing and promotional materials that we, the site owner, may send to members, or is this opting into marketing and promotional materials FROM Weebly directly?   It is unclear ... I understand that this request has been asked the past few years, but clarity on WHO the marketing and promo materials are coming from would be much appreciated.  *IF* it was just  the ability for site owners/admins to send marketing/promo content and materials to members, that'd be okay and we could inform our members elsewhere in lieu of rewording the opt-in verbiage.  *IF* it is requiring members to receive marketing/promos directly from Weebly, that's really unfortunate, to put it mildly...

Hi @nrd That's a great question. I never really considered this view point, but can understand your concern. Marketing and promotional material does not come from Weebly as a site building company. We will never send your direct customers any type of contact unless you are using a service that requires us to send something on your behalf. i.e. store order confirmation, Promote email marketing service, etc. The verbiage strictly pertains to your site/company.
