Change Navigation Text Color (Birdseye 2)

Hi everyone,

Thanks in advance for any help you can give. I am using the birdseye 2 theme and am needing to change the color of the navigation menu text when it is NOT scrolled. Currently it is black and need it to be #fff200 but can not find where to change it at. I have included a link to the site below and have it published. Please let me know any suggestions you have.
