I am setting up a new Microsoft 365 account and I am needing to update the DNS records for Weebly to enable me to use a customised business email address that I want to create through microsoft. Microsoft have given me a TXT record which I was able to copy and paste in and save, however the CNAME and MX record details they gave me doesn't save. I get a 'Something Went Wrong' saving your record message.

Hi @ckaradsheh
Can you please reach out to our support team? We recently made some changes to the domain DNS page, and a rep can check with the advanced support team to confirm if the error needs to be addressed from the backend.
You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.

Adam can you please help me as well? My domain name is registered with Godaddy, but my site is hosted here with Weebly. I bought an Office 365 email package from Godaddy in May, but since then I STILL have not been able to use it or receive any domain email. Because Office 365 needs to verify that I own the domain, and to do this I need to alter my DNS txt, cname, mx and srv records in Weebly. Despite repeated customer service outreaches and posting in forums both at Weebly and Godaddy, I have been unsuccessful in getting this done. Honestly, this SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD. How can I get someone to help me and resolve this????
Shelley

Hi Shelley. Your domain and dns are controlled by Go Daddy. If the domain was in your Weebly account you would be able to view it by clicking the dropdown in the top right corner, then clicking the Domains tab. Do you have access to your Go Daddy account? If so, you will see the domain in the account with an option to access and edit the dns panel.
The nameservers (NS) from this public record show they are pointing to domaincontrol.com which are Go Daddy's nameservers. I recommend reaching out to Go Daddy again and asking the rep to verify where they see the domain registered and what they show the nameservers are set to.

Hi, I am having the same problem with a client that is trying to add HubSpot email capabilities. New CNAME records won't save in the DNS table within Weebly.
