Cancelling subscription

More than happy to help you out with this, @mdstudio Can you please confirm if you want to keep the domain name? We only have 5 days to return the domain to the registrar, so if you plan to use the domain with another hosting company we can show you how to edit your domain settings to point the domain to the new company. Otherwise, we can issue the refund but the domain will not be available to the public registrar until it expires next year.
