Can't log in because email address no longer exists

The email account that I used to open the weebly site years and years ago no longer exists. That has not been a problem for me... except that now I am needing to change my password, and of course.. they send the reset link  to this account that no longer exists and I can't access... How can I transfer the weebly site to a new email address? Thanks

I registered my website under an email that no longer exists (time warner.com... gone when they sold to Spectrum), and I need to find out if it's possible to switch the account to a different email.  I searched the Support site and couldn't find anything on that subject. I have a free account, so I'm assuming I can't access customer service?  Is it possible to upgrade for a year and then un-upgrade?  I really need to find out how to do this.
