Can I register a free website on search engines ? If yes, then how ?

I am rahul, a blogger and my site is - e-journals.weebly.com  but  3-4 days after publishing my site, I am still unable to find my site on google after going through the first 15 pages. Please tell me if free weebly sites appear on search engines or not ?

Submit the site to google search console. Submit the sitemap. It will be indexed. If not, then you can use the url inspection tool in search console to get your site fast indexed. One of my posts about steam cleaners were not getting indexed by search console. I used url inspection tool and post was indexed withing a day.
