Can I make a link go to a pop up window or text window that displays info without downloading

There may be something in the app center that will work for you @khart. Technically you could like to a file that opens an image with text, but I don't think it would give you the look you are going for. What will the pop up be used for?

I have a list on a page that I want to be able to make a link on each item on the list and open up to more information- one is contact info so not a lot of text but the other  set of information I'd want to display would be a page long(or more).  I want to use it as a reference so I dont want to have the user have to wait and download a file. I was looking at the option to make pages that I think I can hide? I was just hoping it would be easier.
