I have the following site: https://www.seacouncel.org/global-young-talents.html. I want to move the people picture more to the top but cannot do so. I chose the top spacing to 0 but it is still no-good enough. What can I do?
Weebly support showed me to http://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/articles/217049027-Customizing-Your-Theme but the only information I got there is to go surfing on the nate. I am really sorry but I am not a professional. Which is the CSS line who enables me to change the spacing?

Tried to take a look at your site but it's Error 404 - Page not found?? Have you unpublished maybe??
Silly me, i have renamed the page to https://www.seacouncel.org/young-talents.html.
Hm.. still coming up as a 404 page..
